To advise the PBA board of directors and staff on matters relating to pediatric eye disease, including:
- How PBA should undertake the fight against vision loss from pediatric eye disease
- Expanding the existing base of knowledge about services for patients
- Guiding PBA’s efforts to increase public and professional awareness of pediatric eye disease and the potentially beneficial outcome of early medical treatment
- Guiding PBA’s efforts to inform the public about emerging research on pediatric eye disease
