Lea Symbols 10ft Chart, 15-line
$52.00
The Lea Symbols eye charts are designed so that the child never experiences failure. The symbols—outlines of a circle, house, square and apple—blur equally into circles when the child has a vision problem. The child can feel that he or she is giving the correct answer while the examiner can easily detect the acuity threshold. Both charts come with flash cards, training cards, a response key and instructions. Each is made of durable plastic with holes for hanging. Both Lea charts are for testing at 10 feet. Shipped directly from the manufacturer. 15-line chart Designed to test children five years of age and older. There is an extra set of symbols on the lower lines to avoid memorization. Measures 171⁄4" x 241⁄2", folds to 121⁄4" x 171⁄4".
