What began with swelling, redness, tearing eyes, and double vision quickly became a life-changing journey. Along the way, Dahlia was diagnosed with Graves’ disease, Thyroid Eye Disease (TED), and Thyroid cancer. As her vision changed and her mental health suffered, she faced fear, uncertainty, and the challenge of learning to advocate for herself.
